So I’ve never liked Laurie and Amy ending up together and I thought maybe this would change my mind but it didn’t. Wish they would have changed a bit more too.

The 2017 miniseries was the only one that convinced me that Laurie/Amy were a good pairing and that's because they made me hate Jo and Laurie was a complete creep to her.

There were a few things about this new version I wasn't completely sold on, but I mostly enjoyed it. It also got me revisiting Jo/Laurie fanfic, so at least there's that, lol

An utterly lovely film. I want to see it again and I very rarely rewatch in the cinema. Everybody were great, it looked so handsome, the music was lovely... Ugh ❤️

i hope it ends with zero oscars. should we really celebrate an average n iteration of an already overrated story? i didnt really like ladybird but at least it was original and a true feat for any director and greta shouldve been nominated for that compared to the average males that did. also laurie was robbed.
