The pic on the left is def painted as being more sexy because you get focus on her body shape with the tight-form fitting outfit + posing. Boobs, butt, and legs.

Whereas the pic on the right doesn't do anything that. Not form-fitting, the makeup is more grungy and the outfit is not form-fitting and baggy. She's more flattened out in the chest area, and the waist down is covered up. Even her pose is less sexy.
