-MacFarlane’s deal with Fox expired in June and NBC's new business division outbid 21st Century Fox for $200 million.
-Moving forward, MacFarlane and his production company Fuzzy Door will create TV projects for NBCU’s various networks and platforms - including the forthcoming Peacock streaming service, which is set to launch this April.
-MacFarlane will remain working on his current projects with Fox.
