He was so young. "Ugly Betty" was a fun, well made show. RIP.

(but also, wasn't Ugly Betty created by Fernando Gaitán? feels weird there is a "created by" credit in a remake)

Yes, he was and I just saw someone on another site say they loved the Colombian adaptation. No, the Colombian telenovela was the original.

this is so sad. that show meant so much to me when i was younger. my mom and i would watch it together and sometimes my dad would get interested in a storyline and sit and watch with us too, lol. but most importantly it really made me feel less self-conscious about my body and my interest in arts and unconventional things which was really eye opening for the only black kid in class who got called an oreo by all the white kids.
