I feel like this is the case of when you're in a long relationship that you knew was going nowhere or reached a plateau but instead of just saying that, both people let the relationship drag on. If Joshua was in fact hesitant to have kids with her, it was probably because he knew he didn't want one with her, not that he didn't want one at all. They both have kids now and seem happier.

That's how it is a lot of the time. When there's no major reason to leave, you'll stay even though deep down you know it isn't going anywhere. It's comfortable.

Yeah he settled down with a woman a decade younger than her- Imo if that’s the case it’s pretty shitty how a man can waste a woman’s time and break up and start over and have kids with a much younger woman while the first woman has to carry the brunt of possible fertility issues and menopause before she could ever find someone else.

Not saying I think that’s the issue here, just saying I’ve seen it before and wouldn’t be surprised

I def agree that’s the case a lot of the time but she cheated on him and I am pretty sure he always said he would marry her but Diane didn’t want to. And then SHE left him and immediately got knocked up the guy she cheated with. Meanwhile, Josh has never been anything but kind about her publicly.

She wasn't trapped. She knew she was getting older and apparently she realized she wanted something else and made that choice. You can't expect people, even people you are married to, to always put your wants and needs above their own.

While I was snooping around I saw some fan page had put an interview with Joshua like right before they broke up and he was saying if they broke up he would lose a part of himself and he was openly questioning if he could be mad at cheating because it means that the person isn't happy and could he fault that...it was like he knew she was cheating, knew the relationship was ending and was trying to reason with it 😬
