idg what happened between them like they were together forever and then first everyone was like she doesnt want kids then it was he doesnt want kids now they both have or are about to have kids and they were together for so long i feel like it should've been established
anyways i always found her super fake and jodie is a huge upgrade for josh

I feel like it was pretty obvious he wanted marriage and kids (he wore a ~commitment ring, kept making excuses for why they weren't married from "we're both kids of divorce" to "we'll get married when she wants to") then she was with Reedus and having a baby.

Joshua Jackson has seemed super happy since getting married and daddy-to-be so...? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I feel like this happens so often. One part of a couple, that are together for a while, doesn’t want to get married/have children. Then they broke up and both get married/have children short after.
I wonder if it’s more of a “I don’t want to feel like I am behind my ex on life” thing or just a “I was just with this person for convenience and waiting for someone better” kind of thing.

I can't imagine that Norman Reedus is someone better though. I'm just confused by her. It's great that she made the changes in her life that made her happier but Norman Reedus??? I just can't comprehend.

I think some of it comes down to partner. I don't really want kids and neither does my boyfriend, but if he did, I would think about it for him if it meant a lot to him. I think some people are neutral on kids like me and would swing one way or another for kids. So maybe it was like that for them?

Yeah. I don't get why this is so hard to understand. It's not even about pleasing your partner. Sometimes things change and your views of a relationship

Maybe she didn't see herself as a mom with Josh but Norman she did.

absolutely. i didn’t want kids or marriage then my husband came along (again, we knew each other wayback when lol) and things change. some people realize that they feel differently when they find their person.
