Taylor Swift box office poison confirmed

In all seriousness though I love that this happened. It's refreshing to see that a movie like this even made it to theatres in an era where every filmmaking decision is planned out for maximum success. So many people have signed off on this movie for it to get to this point and I'm obsessed with how no one put a stop to it.

Same!
And I’m kinda in awe and happy with the fact that a chance was taken on something so outlandish in this reboot age....if only it hadn’t been Cats of all things

I respect the shit out of this movie for that reason alone. It's like a rare bird imo. And for what it's worth, I had a blast (only me, cuz I pretty much had the theater to myself).

And then it will go further than that because it will have to be released to dvd and rental to recoup the money lost during its theatrical run. I’m so curious as to how they’re gonna do that.

I actually used to work at Uni in home entertainment so that’s my old team. Lmao I wanna find out what the plan is

MTE
If it wasn't so goddamn ugly and horrifying to look at, I'd probably love it the same way I love Jupiter Ascending

I literally watched trailers thinking this is going to successful purely because of the names of people and they are clearly marketing this as a damn award winning movie and folks are going to eat it up. I’m so happy my pessimism did not come true and everyone just hates it. This is the perfect example of filmmakers thinking they are the shit and no one being here for it

I agree but also would prefer the +200 million dollars was better spent. Like an insane amount of money was spent on this film getting made and worse still the majority being spent on promoting this flop.
