It’s him. He gave an interview saying while they were married on Christmas Day he called her 100+ times and each time he self harmed. He wanted her to “see what she did” or something. He also talked about wanting to kill her, I believe.

Evan Rachel Wood came out 1-2 years ago saying that she was in a very toxic and abusive relationship before congress(?).

She never named that person but everyone has guessed that it was most likely MM.
