Meghan congratulates her for her SAG nomination. Talks horror genre. Talks about the first time she was nominated and was very discombobulated. This time she feels more relaxed and can see it with perspective. Feels manageable. Talks about playing two different roles. It was great to see the film resonate, and now she’s getting nominated.

Ooh one of my fave Christmas songs but I prefer female versions. This was ok though. They sound great but the arrangement idk. Ruben is looking good. Clay is still a goober lol. They have cute banter with the hosts after they perform.

T45 had another Klan rally the same day two articles of impeachment were announced. He gaslights and slams the impeachment and the FBI report that said the Mueller investigation was not politically biased. Plays clips. Lies, lies, and more lies. He is the most awful person on the planet right now. Calls FBI scum. Says he doesn’t have a name for Chris Christie. New poll says blah blah. This has become repetitive. Some comparison to Clinton (which there is absolutely no comparison as far as the act). Nobody including CC says anything egregious but it’s rehashing the same thing over and over. We know he did it. He said he did it. CC isn’t defending him. But the corrupt GOP Senate will never vote to remove. Anyway, blah blah.
For Ontd who doesn’t read these things, my thought is that the committees will float the topic, wait on SCOTUS ruling due this Friday for Mazars and Deutsche Bank, and then go from there. Idt there will be a full House floor vote or turn over case to Senate for trial until his finances are obtained by the cmtes who subpoenaed them. I could be wrong but there you go.

Mayor of Jersey City posed the idea that the Kosher Bodega was targeted based on anti-semitism. Other law enforcement haven’t confirmed this but would make it even more horrific. The officer who showed up, was shot in the head. He left behind his wife and five children. Joy feels the white nationalists are out in force thanks to T45. CC says this is a really divisive time. It has no place and everyone who is against this, needs to keep speaking out against it.

Someone is floating idea that Biden will commit to one-term presidency to right-the-ship then let someone else step in. panel debates whether this is a bright idea. Would he be too old for second term. Would it make the one term a lame duck admin. Is it wise to go that route to stop the madness, then pass the torch. Panel debates. Meghan hates it. Sunny likes it. CC thinks about the practicality of him running for re-election regardless of floating the idea in advance. CC thinks Biden could beat T45 but wonders about second term, so who is the VP. VP picks usually can only hurt you, not help you. [only 1 VP went on to win Potus]. Meghan wonders about Yang and why he’s being ignored by the press. CC says it’s not the media to blame it’s whether the people take him seriously. Sunny brings up all the conservative trash judges appointed and it will take more than 4 years (a whole generation) to right that wrong.
