Vanessa Hudgens recently gave an interview to the Los Angeles Times in promotion of her new Netflix Christmas film, The Knight Before Christmas, and when asked who was on her future collaborator wishlist she didn't shy away from naming Woody Allen. (Also named: Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Yorgos Lanthimos and Gaspar Noé.)
"Vicky Cristina Barcelona is one of my favorite movies," the "Sneakernight" singer said. "I don't know him. I've never met him. I only know what I've heard. And the fact is, I love his films and I love the romantic worlds that are created within [them]."
Thus, Hudgens joins an alarmingly existent list of actors unfazed by allegations of child sexual abuse that have followed Allen for decades, one that includes Vicky Cristina Barcelona co-stars Javier Bardem and Scarlett Johansson.
