'Frozen II' Skates to $8.5 Million at Thursday Box Office

November 22, 2019 After taking a bit of a break, Disney's back to monopolizing the box office, where their latest unnecessary cash grab 'Frozen 2' brought in $8.5 Million on Thursday night previews, and is expected to make around $105M-115M this weekend (on a $280 million????? budget).
Tom Hanks bringing Mr. Rogers to life in 'A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood' made $900,000 on Thursday, and is anticipated to make $14 million this weekend (on a $45 million budget).
Also released in theaters is the thriller '21 Bridges', which made $700,000 on Thursday, and is expected to bring in around $12M-14M this weekend (on a $33 million budget).
In select theaters are 'Dark Waters' and 'Citizen K'.
