On Friday, it was reported that Big Machine offices in Nashville closed early because employees received death threats from Taylor Swift supporters (as discussed in this post).

A Nashville radio station, 1075 The River, contacted Nashville Police to find out if they received any reports of threats to Big Machine or their employees. Police confirmed that there were no reported threats or incidents.

They discuss the story on their Woody & Jim morning show here (from around the 19:20 mark). The hosts speculate that employees may have had a shortened day because of CMA Award festivities the night before.
