#ReleaseTheSnyderCut- Ben Affleck (@BenAffleck)
November 17, 2019 Nov 17 marks two years since Justice League was released. Fans have been wanting a release of the original vision of the film from director Zack Snyder, and Snyder has been slowly egging them on on social media. (Snyder excused himself from reshoots after the tragic passing of his daughter; Joss Whedon was behind the reshoots and the film released). Today, there was an online campaign from DC fans to get #releasethesnydercut to trend on twitter. Not only has it been trending, but stars from the film have been participating, and original score composter Junkie XL posted a cryptic tweet at the beginning of the online campaign start time. Gal and Ben have not spoken of the Snyder cut before (to my knowledge) but Jason Momoa and Ezra Miller have both spoken out at cons about Syder's original cut of the movie.
