Dan says he is hearing Jay-Z pressured NFL to hold Kaepernick workout. Because Jay-Z felt his reputation took a hit from joining NFL.

November 15, 2019 The NFL announced on Tuesday that it is arranging a "workout" for Colin Kaepernick this Saturday in Atlanta.
Basically this is a league-sponsored "audition" for Kaepernick, and teams can send representatives to scout him. This was not requested by Kaepernick, and even he seems a bit confused about why it's happening now and doesn't know specifics (for example who will act as receivers for him).
It's starting to leak that the whole thing was requested by Jay-Z. Earlier this year Roc Nation and the NFL announced a partnership (ONTD post here), and Jay-Z got a lot of shit for it after refusing to perform at the Super Bowl due to the NFL's treatment of Kaepernick.
For background, Kaepernick has not played in the NFL since 2016 after he started kneeling during the playing of the national anthem before games in protest of racial injustice.
