I like the attorney too, his approach is linear and simple, factual. the GOP lawyer was bouncing around like a ping pong. that might work to confuse the casual live viewer, but it doesn't hold up when you're going on record.

From my understanding Clinton was impeached for basically lying under oath about having an affair with Monica but wasn’t removed, why did congress back then think lying about having an affair is impeachable? It kinda seems pointless to remove bill for office but also he lied? I know I’m dating back to 97

From what I understand, the original intent of impeachment was to remove an official who violated or abused the public trust. Clinton lying about a sexual affair would definitely count for that.

Clinton was impeached because he denied having a relationship with Lewinsky while being sued by Paula Jones for sexual harassment while Governor of Arkansas. Lewinsky was brought in to establish a pattern of behavior and Clinton wasn't supposed to lie in court about it and obfuscate the legal process. It wasn't about the affair itself.

It was all about the Republicans trying to get rid of a Democratic president. Nothing more, the excuse was that he lied under oath about the blow job.

I mean, Christine Blasey Ford had to move like five times in a month after testifying, and these people don't have any Secret Service to protect them

Some people don't fully understand Trump's intimidation. It's isn't just about threatening the witness at hand, it's sending a message to every other witness and potential whistleblower. He wants to intimidate them all into silence. It's the lowest of the low.
