i just came home from jury orientation (ugh please pray for me i don't get selected) and i still have to go to work in like half an hour so i'm already grumpy.

but still, this is important so hopefully pluto tv won't let me down lol

Where do you live that makes you do jury orientation if you aren't elected

in tenn. idk if it varies by county. i was fully expecting to be there all day while they selected, and i even brought a book. i am not happy i have to go back for the selection process. :| i don't even get why they do it this way? why waste MORE of everyone's time?

that sounds ridiculous. The way it works in CO is first you call in and see if you have to go to the courthouse. If you go in, you then wait in a larger room and wait for your number to be called. If it isn't called, you get to go home/work (around 10). If you're called you go to the courtroom for selection, which is relatively quick.
