GOD BLESS the animators! They had to fix a design flaw that wasn't even their fault in the first place and PULLED IT OFF. I STAN THEM!!!!

Also, did I see Tika Sumpter in the back in one scene?

to be fair, Robotnik was always extra AF so it worked for me lol

yep exactly. and the fact that both sonic and Jim are 90's legends makes it so much sweeter

Tika Sumpter is James Marsden's wife in this so I assume she's along for the shenanigans. You can sort of see more of her (in a background sense) in the first trailer.
