Taylor Swift supports the body neutrality movement and feels that people need to stop judging other people’s bodies or scrutinizing their own.

In an interview with Zane Lowe from Beats 1, Taylor supports Jameela Jamil and her work on body neutrality.

“We have amazing women out there like Jameela Jamil saying, ‘I’m not trying to spread body positivity. I’m trying to spread body neutrality where I can sit here and not think about what my body is looking like.’ ” Taylor said.

Taylor also said: “Thank God we’ve had #MeToo movements and moments where we’re looking at ourselves as a society and we’re looking at internalized misogyny. We’re looking at the way we treat critiquing women’s bodies."

Jameela responds to Taylor's comments and explains a little bit about the body neutrality movement:

It’s about liberating ourselves from this cultural obsession. It changed my life. For people with body dysmorphia and ED, it’s like a vacation away from your mind. It involves almost no mirror time. It frees up my mind immensely. Self hatred is very time consuming #bodyliberation https://t.co/xbHrS2iARV
