that was my hope (both of those things, actually) but no, he was playing a new character who is a gay ADA and used to be Carisi's law professor at fordham. so, like, they have history! make it happen, show!

lmao i laughed at the simon thing because i hate him but yeah, this is classic SVU benson torture.

and guillermo's first episode was so good, it was 13x17 ("Justice Denied") and he played a wrongfully convicted guy who was put away by benson(!). andre braugher was on it, and harry connick jr., and mark consuelos (srsly lol). it was honestly great, you should watch it if you get a chance.
