I wanted to punch him in his smudge face for not wanting to wear the Popeye costume for Pam. He supposedly adores this woman and is known for "big Jim gestures" yet is still too afraid to look ~dorky~ in front of his peers. I know he comes around in the end, but he should have done it to begin with.
