Only in AGOT with Ned's POV chapters. None of the other POV characters know so it makes sense it is really just from Ned.

She is his paternal aunt. AGOT has Ned's POV which lead to a lot if speculation about Jon not being his biological son because of his internal monolgue, but from just watching the show it isn't hinted at until Season 6 and he did not find out until the end of the series.
