CBS has renewed Evil for a second season consisting of thirteen episodes while picking up Carol's Second Act, All Rise, The Unicorn

Holy shit about the Evil news - gave up after the pilot because ratings weren't great and I expected it to be cancelled. The three episodes I missed are OnDemand so likely will catch up in the next few days!

And fuck yes, Carol's Second Act! I'm really enjoying it.

YAY for All Rise! Simone Missick deserves! Sure, it's corny but it's a show with 4 visible minority leads/secondary leads and it's got 6/8 main cast mates are women....Oh and Wilson Bethel and J. Alex Brinson are two of the hottest male leads on television right now

I agree with all of this! Even though it deals wth some serious topics, it feels like a cozy show. I'm glad it's getting a full season and I really hope it gets renewed.

i LOVE All Rise. i love case of the week type shows but i love the history the chemistry the cast has with each other. i love Lola and her judicial assistant sherri's relationship.

It's super corny, but my mom is a v typical CBS viewer and she LOVES it. So I'm not surprised it got a full season and I wouldn't be shocked if it got renewed. It's a cute show and I've seen a couple of episodes while my mom has been watching, so I hope it continues to do well.

I love that Evil got John Glover for an ep. I have yet to watch it but it made me happy given my Brimstone love. He was by far one of my favorite TV devils.

Please let Evil find its audience. I gave up after ep2 even tho I enjoyed it bc I thought it was a dead show walking.

All Rise seems like a good Sunday watch.
