imo Trump is corrupt as shit and the Russians & other foreign countries have been keeping his company afloat for years especially after his bankruptcy. He also has ties to Saudi Arabia but we don't call him a Saudi asset.

sorry for the edit : If we're defining Russian asset as trump is a literal spy then no I don't agree with that. If we're defining it as he has sketchy ass business deals with foreign countries that launder his money I can agree with it.
