Variety is reporting that Paul Dano is joining the cast of The Batman as The Riddler.
Meanwhile, Jonah Hill will not be joining the cast. Talks were only just beginning when news of his casting broke and the studio and his team were unable to come to a deal. Hill was rumored to be either playing The Riddler or The Penguin and a deal to Dano was ready to go once Hill's own deal fell apart.
Dano joins Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz, and Jeffrey Wright.
