- Sonni Pacheco, Jeremy Renner's ex-wife and mother of his daughter Ava, has accused him of threatening to kill her and then himself.
- According to a new report filed this morning, Pacheco claims that Renner was heard last November, while drinking and doing cocaine at a club, talking about wanting to kill Sonni because he couldn't deal with her anymore and he just wanted her gone.
- A former nanny also claims to have heard Renner saying that he would kill Sonni and then himself because Ava would be better off without parents rather than to have Sonni as a mother.
- In legal documents obteined by a known source, it's mentioned that Renner once threatened to kill himself by placing a gun in his mouth, but he ultimately fired the gun to the ceiling while his daughter Ava was asleep in her bedroom.
- Pacheco is asking the judge for sole custody of Ava with monitored visitation of Jeremy. She claims that Renner has a history of substance, verbal and emotional abuse and he has repeatedly been under the influence while taking care of Ava. According to the report, he once left cocaine on a bathroom counter, which was reachable by their daughter.
- In text messages obtained by the known source, it's alleged that Renner hid Sonni and Ava's passports a few years ago so they couldn't leave the country and go on vacation.
