DJ Zedd announced he has been banned from China for liking a South Park tweet that celebrated the shows 300th episode.
Reps confirmed to CNBC that Zedd was told he was not allowed to enter the country, but did not give any other information.
South Park was banned from the air in China and scrubbed clean from its internet after last week's episode criticized the government. As of now, Zedd's music is still available.
