The Friday box office estimates are in and things look rough for Gemini Man.

The effects heavy Will Smith starrer scored only $7.5 million for an estimated $19-20 million weekend. The studio was hoping for $30 million so unless international numbers pull through, this will be a big flop.

Meanwhile, Joker is looking to pull another huge weekend with $60 million, only dropping 37% from its opening last week, an insanely impressive number.

On the platform release side, Parasite, aka the best film of 2019, is scoring big time with $357,000 in 3 theaters, giving it the highest per-theater average since La La Land opened three years ago and one of the best ever for a foreign language picture.
