"A lot of people were mad and they did what people do when they're mad, they tweet"

On the video Ellen read one tweet from user Matthew_Oooo that she loved.

Ellen stated:
"When I say be kind to one another, I don't mean only the people that think the same way that you do. I mean be kind to everyone."

The video ended with Ellen thanking Jerry Jones and Charlotte Jones for hosting and former president Bush and wife former First Lady Laura for a Sunday afternoon "that was so fun."

Though the explanation received a lot of applause and laughters from her studio audience not all are happy with the The VIP seating arrangement.

The Supreme Court is about to decide whether it’s legal to fire people just because they’re LGBT. I hope Ellen enjoyed her football game with the guy who put Roberts and Alito on that court. Bygones! (He also personally campaigned to get Kavanaugh appointed.) pic.twitter.com/mUwrXJsSiy

I don’t care how nice of a guy George W Bush is. He was one of our worst presidents and left our country and world in bad shape. The mess he helped create we’re still trying to dig out of. This is a bad look for @TheEllenShow. https://t.co/FMYgpbrq6A

Hey @TheEllenShow - how does it feel to watch a game with a mass murdering genocidal war criminal? https://t.co/tIdWrBGFBQ

Ellen DeGeneres laughing it up with someone who has actively tried to harm our community feels disappointing, irresponsible, and dangerous. https://t.co/tgGfmCGQ5A
