- @BrianStelter asks Robert De Niro about criticism he gets from Fox for speaking out against Trump.

"Fuck em," De Niro replies. "Fuck em."

Stelter reminds him, "This is cable, so it's not an FCC violation, but it is still a Sunday morning." pic.twitter.com/9IOo1VvXCM

It's truly fascinating to me how other "better" networks like CNN and the like continue to validate Fox News by asking such questions. WHO gives a fuck about what that "news" network says? Ms. Warren was 100% right and it's INSANE to me that they are still doing this shit.

IA.

I hate CNN trying to be "objective" and "both sides" when one side is insanely corrupt and flat out lying. They learned nothing from 2015, they keep repeating the lie about Joe Biden and Ukraine so much that they're going to torpedo him with it, I guarantee.

Moderates are garbage and CNN can choke

and so can Robert De Niro, who is also a "moderate".

and also, we should honestly rethink about why call those people "moderate", as if their "kill the poor at home and abroad" policies are anything but firmly right-wing. that's not the "center" nor a "moderate" position to hold on to.

Ugh, people who fence-sit to think of themselves as "above-it-all." No, sis, there is such a thing as objectively wrong.

I think Cuomo is the absolute worst, his desperate need to "both sides" it is repulsive and non-sensical, but Tapper is pretty disingenuous too.

Tapper is always looking to be patted on the back for being "objective" if you follow him on Twitter it's sooooooo obvious tbh.

CNN and other mainstream media helped Trump win, whether they admit it or not.

Yeah, and that’s also how people started to look at Trump as a serious candidate too.

And 4 years of this madness and the case is still against TRUMP and not the GOP. Wild times.

Exactly - a huge part of the reason why Trump has continued to slide through is because the media is more intent of playing "both sides" than they are for calling a spade a spade and I'm just so sick of it.

Yup. And these debates show that it's ALL of them. Literally more than half the questions are based on republican talking points and the majority of them still spew this "reaching out to the real america" and "working class" to mean WHITES and it is just.

mte Everything is framed with right wing talking points & both sides bullshit.

Seriously. It's like this quote I once read that went something like "If one side says it's raining and the other side says it's sunny, your job as a journalist is not to give equal time to both sides. It's to look outside and see whether or not it's raining"
