She looks great! And it’s refreshing to see it took her time rather than the next day like most celebs

Lol. Weight loss doesn't hurt your metabolism that's just pseudoscience.

except its really not tho. your RMR slows down to counter weightloss and in a lot of people doesn't re-adapt once their crash diet ends which is why so many people gain back weight.

Whoa...this surprises me. I'd have thought any metabolic weirdness would even out with time. Thanks for sharing!

Totally! It's super interesting, but not super intuitive, so what you thought makes sense!

isn't 1,750 a day normal?

A deficit of that much is a lot. You'd have to be really limiting your calories and exercising excessively.

for about 8 months, i ate less than that a day. some anorexics go the extra mile. idk how tf i lived tbh. 1 apple when i woke up, half a bowl of broccoli around dinnertime, and either an orange or some other citrus for dinner.

i kinda don't believe she did this. eating like that and exercising like that while raising an infant? idk. but if she's breastfeeding, maybe.

but like someone mentioned above, this wouldn't have been pure fat loss. a lot of it would be post-baby water weight and other things of that nature, that you can lose pretty quickly especially if she gained upwards of 100 lbs just while pregnant. point being, i'm sure it wasnt 100 lbs of fat loss, so while still difficult, not quite as difficult as the math would suggest

GOD when you put it like that it's really jaw dropping
I can't imagine a calorie deficit of 1750 calories a day! I gained 10kg over the past year and I havent been able to lose ANY of it
