She looks great! And it’s refreshing to see it took her time rather than the next day like most celebs

6 months to lose 100 lbs is insanely fast, actually.

Right? I was gonna say...

Although I'm guessing that giving birth probably knocked out a huge amount of the weight right away.

I figure because she’s a celeb she has time to dedicate to her weight loss whereas a normal person won’t have all the resources she does

But your comment literally said “And it’s refreshing to see it took her time rather than the next day like most celebs“???

...honestly it’s not that serious of a comment to get into an argument about. Most celebs seem to bounce back within a month. Seems like she put in the time and hard work. That’s all I was commenting on. Also she had the baby which probably took a lot of that 100 extra pounds off almost immediately

It is but at the same time, I'm sure that a lot of it was fluid from her pregnancy. She was really big. A friend of mine had a similar pregnancy (and was miserable 😂) and she lost like 35 pounds in a month without effort after giving birth.

Exactly....she didn't experience 100 lbs of pure fat loss if thiss happened after she gave birth and she's including her weight pre-labour.

A month?? Is that healthy for your body??

Her doctor didn't seem worried. She retained water like crazy. Like you could poke her leg and it would make a dent for a few seconds.

Wow that's crazy. The human body is so weird and interesting.

I had polyhydramnios with my son, which is excess amniotic fluid. I gained 30lb during pregnancy and by the time I came home from the hospital I was down 35 so yeah fluid is a bitch

Yup. Your poor poor friend. My mom started her pregnancy at a very active 125. Ended up at 200. She looked like a swollen balloon in pictures. She immediately lost 25 pounds after going birth. And the rest of it just rolled off within three or so months. Pregnancy is a motherfucker.

Yeah, I feel like it's safer to lose that much within a year, not six months.

Came in here to say this. A chunk of it will be water weight plus literally taking an 8-10 lb body out of you but that is still a lot of weight to lose in 6 months.

And Jessica's weight has fluctuated her entire career. It will continue to do so when she's losing that quickly. The vast majority of people cannot keep the weight off if they lost it really quickly.

yes and it only cost her one (1) metabolism.
