I saw an interesting take that this whistlerblower complaint was filed back in July but it's only coming to light now because word is that John Bolton leaked it, he's so pissed with Trvmp, he wants to take him down.

No idea how true this is, but the news about the whistleblower didn't come to light until after Bolton had his hissy fit and left, so...
