I saw the Downton Abbey movie last night with my mom. She LOVED it. If you like Downton Abbey, you will like this, I think.

I watched DA but I still feel this movie is unnecessary.

Unless you can me that [Spoiler (click to open)] Lady Mary gets a divorce from Matthew Goode since they had zero chemistry on the show.

I...don't know who anyone is except for the Irish guy and Dame Maggie. I've never seen an episode, but my mom (who LOVES the show) was adamant that the movie was important because the show had ended. It does leave room for a sequel.

Ok no one seems to agree with me that Mary and Tom have FIRE chemistry. They burn up that screen and I'm pissed they didn't end up together.

I dont know why no one agrees with you when you are 1000% correct. I know shes too uppity to be with him despite how much she grew to like him but their chemistry is undeniable and its bullshit they werent put together
