If you're referring to Sunny, it's not a joke. She's talked about it several times that she does wear some makeup to bed. As soon as her husband falls asleep she takes it all off, puts on acne cream and then gets up before him to put her makeup on. She said she did that for 20 years.

Jfc, love yourself Sunny! I only saw a random chunk of this episode but didn't she say something about her husband being obsessed with her? She has to know that women have more value and to apply some of that logic to herself. I could imagine spending that much time of my life being afraid of my life partner seeing my bare skin before and after I sleep.
