I'm NOT defending Amber in any way, because clearly she needs help that MTV can not provide her, but Andrew at the beginning of the video almost sounds rehearsed? Or Is that just his tone? He seems to be non-reactive.

He’s the one recording so I’m sure he’s being more calm for the recording but if she’s reacting that way when he’s not yelling back, imagine what happens when there is more combativeness

Ahh true. I've watched Teen Mom before with Amber, but I don't know much about Andrew. I wasn't sure if he's just that quiet and soft-spoken. I do give him props for not yelling back in front of baby James. I've never been in this situation, so I can't say obviously what should or should not have happened, but I'm glad he's taken the baby away from her.

On teen mom from what I’ve seen he does seem quiet but I’m sure with him knowing he was recording, he was being calm (which hopefully he’s always actually that calm during her abusive rants to him and not just for the recording). It sucks because i think he was getting a lot of hate from teen mom fans so I’m glad these recordings our out to show he’s not lying.

I've watched all of the episodes with him in it and it just seems the way he speaks?

If he's purposely recording her then maybe?

I mean he's not "manipulating" her to be abusive is he's just calm the whole time. What difference does it make?

I mean, Amber Heard did the same thing with Johnny Depp. It doesn't exempt the abuser. If anything, it makes it even more ridiculous that she's behaving this way when he isn't doing anything.

This doesn't make any sense. What kind of accurate depiction does an abuse victim need to show you? Do you think he typically does something to deserve this kind of treatment?

that just means she’s truly being herself though!
