Krystin Ver Linden is set to write and direct “Alice,” a slavery drama.
Alice” tells the true story of a slave in the antebellum South who escapes from her secluded plantation only to discover a shocking reality that lies beyond the tree line.
Filming is expected to commence in Louisiana in the first half of 2020.
