Ariana Grande is suing Forever 21 for a whopping $10 million. She claims that the company used her name and likeness to promote its products and build buzz around its Riley Rose beauty brand.

Forever 21 approached Ariana about a potential partnership around December 2018.
The proposed endorsement deal never came to fruition because the amounts that Forever 21 offered to pay were insufficient for an artist of Ariana's stature.

A single Instagram post by Ariana is well into the six figures.
She commands in the mid-seven figures to over eight figures for longer-term endorsement deals.

Forever 21 allegedly falsely suggested Ariana’s endorsement by hiring a lookalike model and posting photos of that model in clothing and accessories that resemble clothing worn in Ariana’s music videos.
