Young Justice EPs on Season 3: Sexuality, comebacks, and more!

-One of the reasons why social media played a huge role in this season was to honor the actual fans who used social media to help save the show and bring it back to life. Beast Boy wasn't originally meant to take on such a huge role driving it on the show but the characters backstory as an actor made it a clear choice to go with him.
-They viewed Kaldur aka Aquaman II as being bisexual from the beginning of the series but of course when they were on CN they had certain restrictions so now that those restrictions are gone they were able to play with his bi-sexuality more.
-Flashing back to the OG crew as teens was fanservice and to remind the audience that they still exist even though they arent one unit anymore. They also felt the need to address Dicks and Artemis's feelings over Wallys death head on in order to let the characters get closure.
-Halo will continue to play a role in the show next season, and of course with the ending focusing on a certain ring...they are looking to the future and have plenty more characters to bring into the show.
-They plan on doubling down on the core S1 characters in S4.
