Honestly, I think it's only filming in New York because Hilary's also filming Younger there.

Better than life as a single mother like the That's So Raven reboot. I don't care about random kid characters.

the show's really good tho. Chelsea and Raven are still very much themselves but not in an irresponsible way and the kids are decent actors. Devon is Raven's ex and is very involved with the twins while Chelsea's ex-husband stole her money but is in prison
