While I would insist on keeping the pets, I also wouldn't want to be with someone who wouldn't want them in this kind of situation. And sometimes people break up and neither person wants them and it's like, why did you have them then?

mte. pets live such short lives and all they want to do is love you. tossing them aside in a divorce only shows how little empathy he has.

Everyone is making lots of assumptions here. We don’t know who wanted what pet, who adopted them in the first place, and if one of them is literally hanging out in another country I can’t imagine it’s easy to take some horses with you.

And how do you know they were "his" to begin with? She may have been the one that wanted them so bad, and he viewed them as HERS from the beginning. That doesn't make him an animal hater, he got them out before their house caught fire. How "committed" do you think he needs to be?

We have no idea why the decision was made and like, how do you expect them to share custody of 15 pets?

I'm assuming he might decide to be based in australia for awhile and it's not exactly easy to pick up pets and move them to a different country and quarantine can be stressful for animals

tbh, if they had a prenup it might have been in it saying Miley gets the pets. A friend of mine has it in her prenup that she gets all pets.

yeah not to mention, if he's going to be living in australia again that is a HUGE change for an animal

i moved from oregon to new york a few weeks ago and my dog is still adjusting, can't imagine bringing her to the other side of the planet
