MTV just announced that Missy Elliott will be performing live on the 2019 VMAs, where she will also receive the 2019 Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. There were reports that MTV was going to remove Michael Jackson's name, but Variety insists that even though the alleged child molester isn't mentioned in the promo, his name hasn't been removed from the actual award...
