Frances Bean Cobain' ex is set to undergo a psychiatric evaluation Tuesday. The exam will run for about 7 hours
The guitar the late Kurt Cobain played on Nirvana’s appearance on “MTV: Unplugged” wound up in Silva’s possession as part of his divorce settlement with Frances.
Last May, Silva filed a lawsuit against Love and her manager Sam Lutfi. He alleged they were conspiring to kill him and regain the iconic 1959 Martin D-18Ez.
A source told Page Six at the time that “Frances and the family are prepared to fight with a fury of unprecedented legal force and they will prevail.”
The psychiatric evaluation appears to be the first attempt by the defendants to prove that Silva is not of sound mind.
