Aside from not promoting things properly, the interface of Netflix is horrible. Like yeah they have a recently added section to scroll but it isnt good and doesnt show all the stuff. In order to see certain stuff you have to watch a specific show that will pull it up. The search function is even very messy and unreliable.

recently added doesn't even show new releases though. every time i know something is released on that day, it's not there - queer eye, stranger things, etc i had to search for them on my own.

Most of the recently added section seems to show up the same shows to me for months on end, You is still listed there even, and lol how long ago did that come out?! It would made more sense to me if they just included the new releases for each month, that way I would be more interested in scrolling through to see what’s been added, but at the moment they never seem to update anything when you have shows from last year still included under new releases

Sadly it’s better than Hulu’s interface.

The UI of just about every streaming service is a fucking nightmare nowadays. I guess it's more profitable to make ppl mad while they are looking for content or something??

like so many of their new shows, this wasn't promoted AT ALL. i never once saw this in the newly released sections. on apple tv interface they'll sometimes promote the fuck out of something like that awful Sandra Bullock movie, where the trailer will start playing immediately after you log in. they could easily do this with each new original release. dumb decisions all around.
