Bret Michaels's 19-year-old daughter, Raine, did not win the contest to be Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Rookie of the Year. She made it to the final six. But the internet was allowed to vote for their favorites, and Raine didn't make it.
The honor went to 19-year-old Brooks Nader.
