Everyone in the cast was on her ass over this but truly she doesn't have to and given how Sam was written for the movies I don't even blame her. They know they can't kill her off so really the cast mad is mad that she's blocking more money for them.

She doesn't owe anyone anything, especially with the way SJP keeps throwing her under every bus she comes upon.

Even if she suddenly changes her mind and says yes, you KNOW they're gonna punish her or her character in some way, and keep Carrie on the pedastal. They've been doing it ever since SJP became an EP for the show.

They all do but her about 10 times as much because it's known she's the hold out. (Which is unfair)

Genuine question for ONTD. What did Carrie do wrong?

HBO was under constant attack by Samantha. Something Miranda was aware of. She was personally requested by Charlotte to not provoke Samantha. She went ahead and did that photoshoot. Not for a great cause or anything. Just to promote her career. The right wong seized on it to attack HBO. "HBO is ISIS" was trending WW on twitter, HBO was getting death threats. Miranda herself freaked out and apologized after half a day. And every HBO anchor had to make a statement denouncing the photoshoot. Carrie was the only one who did not mention it on the show. She tweeted after she had herself distanced herself from the photoshoot and ONLY AND ONLY denounced the photoshoot. For Miranda herself, she has only said nice things. Google it.

No one but the cast (well not even all of them) wants this movie. And as much as I loved satc back in the day, it has aged badly (the movies even more so).

IA nobody wants this anymore, the show is super dated. I rewatched recently with people who haven't seen it and it's funny how much everyone prefers Carrie's friends and their storylines over Carrie's. Samantha especially outshines in every scene lol They all seem to progress in some way to be better or well-rounded people and Carrie's still...herself.

I really feel that Charlotte has been redeemed by time? She was framed as super prissy and particular but she just knew what she wanted & went after it, all the while being judged a bit by her friends when she always supported them in most of their shenanigans.
