Disney is getting rid of the FX Plus subscription service.

FX Plus will no longer be available after Aug. 20, 2019. The service has only been out for two years. The service was $5.99 a month and it provided ad free access to more than 1,400 episodes of FX programming, including “Atlanta,” “American Horror Story,” and “Damages”.

As of right now, current seasons of FX Networks’ program will continue to air on the FX and FXX channels and be available for “limited-time on-demand viewing” in the FXNow app and online at FXNetworks.com.

Disney’s plan is to put all of FX programming on Hulu, which Disney also controls.

Disney is getting ready to launch of Disney Plus in November, a $6.99 per month streaming service. Disney Plus will also feature all past seasons of “The Simpsons.”
