JUST IN: Turns out, @scooterbraun's Ithaca Holdings, which recently bought Big Machine Records, has CARLYLE GROUP as a SHAREHOLDER.

Carlyle Group is notorious for funding genocide in Yemen, among several other atrocities to humanity.

Well, sucks for Swift.

I actually just caught up on this drama and I am shocked by how many people hate her. I guess i am used to it here, but that was like NYT comments, and random Facebook comments...is she a "cool" musician for older ppl to hate?

I also do not get ppl saying Swift is "media/pr savy." This is making her seem so petty and dated.

Tbf she’s been getting sloppy as of recent but mostly because she going up against people equally or of higher pettiness than her.

The people she dealt with in the past weren’t as cunning as she was so was winning. A good chunk of career was built on controlling the narrative but ppl eventually caught on.
