Disney continues to exploit their successful IP with creating more unnecessary sequels (incredible reviews notwithstanding), and thus we have 'Toy Story 4', which also continues to give shitface Tim Allen a career. Anyway, Disney's latest brought in $12 million on Thursday night in the U.S. and Canada.

'Toy Story 4' is expected to make a very impressive $140M minimum this weekend domestically (on a budget somewhere between $175-200 million).

Also out in wide release is the 'Child's Play' reboot, which made $1.7M on Thursday domestically, and is looking to bring in around $16 million and $18 million this weekend (on a presumed $10M budget). The third wide release this weekend is 'Anna', which made $325,000 at 1,700 theaters on Thursday, and will bring in around $4M-$6M this weekend (on a $30M budget).

In limited release this weekend is 'Wild Rose' and 'Burn Your Maps'.
