The panel on The Real (Adrienne Houghton, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry) discuss what’s a proper tip after viewing a video by CNBC that angered Twitter back in April. The video suggests diners double the tax to calculate a tip that’ll “save” them money every year. People had issues with this because doubling the tax (depending on the ( Read more... )

Truly an iconic post...people calling each other assholes and listing their various traumas (someone said they drowned as a child?) for why everyone else is acting entitled. Peak ONTD. Team recline 4ever.

Lmao what?! The reclining seats triggered someone's drowning experience?

Idg why this is even controversial. They made the seats to recline for a reason. There's no way I'm sitting in a 10+ hrs flight without reclining. Vertically blessed people can get aisle seats or those seats in front of the emergency exit if you need to fly economy.

Same. I will never feel guilty about reclining.

not if you're in front of me.
The second i see that seat move, i put my knees up to stop the recline. My tall ass isn't gonna be cramped this entire flight.

Then pay for exit row seating. I say this as someone who’s 6’3 and was on a 6 hour flight today. I’m not going to be an asshole to someone who wants to relax and jam my knees into their back because I’m the one that’s tall.

I had a bad experience once where the person in front as soon as they sat down, went allll the way back. The entire flight.
I couldn’t even rly use my tray for the meal. At some point I had to ask the flight attendant hours later if she can ask her to move up a little bit so I can eat.

Since then, never again.
A little back is fine. Going far enough to do dental work ain’t gonna happen.

But I don’t really fly much to begin with. Last time was like 5 years ago.
