'Men In Black: International' kicks off with $3.1M on Thurs, expected to bomb w/ $24M weekend BO

The latest unnecessary sequel 'Men In Black: International' started off the weekend box office with $3.1 million at 3,472 theaters in the U.S. and Canada, and is expected to bomb like crazy this weekend, with just $24M this weekend (on a $110 million budget).

The newest 'Shaft' movie brought in $600,000 on Thursday and is expected to make between $16 million and $24 million this weekend (on a $30M budget).

The comedy 'Late Night' expanded this week and is expected to bring in $5 million to $9 million this weekend. It made a good $246,035 in 4 theaters in NYC/LA last weekend (on a $4 million budget, but Amazon Studios bought the rights for $13M at Sundance).
